Terry Paterson
President & CEO
Terry Paterson, Founder and CEO of Paterson Project Management (PPM), is a leading force in South Florida’s luxury construction market. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, he launched PPM in 2001 and has since delivered award-winning waterfront and estate homes across Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties. Notable projects include the SkY230 townhome development and the $150 million Lighthouse Point Yacht Club (LHPYC) redevelopment, where Terry also serves as owner, hosting signature community events and spearheading major charitable initiatives. Under his leadership, PPM is known for its meticulous craftsmanship, cutting-edge technology, and commitment to client satisfaction. Terry’s vision, resilience, and dedication to both luxury building and community impact have cemented his reputation as one of the region’s most respected developers.
